form a brokerage engagement with you.  SellersChoiceMLS powered by M.J. & Associates does not provide
assistance in any manner that would require it or its principles to exercise discretion or judgment.
Examples of services that are not provided include: suggesting a sales price; negotiating with property. 
These would be additional fee for service options.

There have been isolated instances of reported burglaries of homes on which lockboxes have been placed
and for which the lockbox has been alleged to have been used to access the home.  In order to minimize the risk

lockboxes on door handles that can be unscrewed from the outside or on other parts of the home from which the
lockbox can be easily removed.  Since others will have access to your property you should remove all valuables
or put them in a secure place.

for defects that may exist within its web site or any resulting loss of profits or other damages.  SellersChoiceMLS

Seller hereby releases SellersChoiceMLS powered by M.J. & Associates and those working through SellersChoiceMLS
powered by M.J. & Associates from all liability and responsibility in connection with any loss that may occur.

*According to MLS-PIN Rules and Regulations, Article IV, Section 4.0 "For Sale SIgns"; Only
the "For Sale" signs of the Listing Broker may be placed on a Listed Property.

This means you can not use the words "By Owner".  Buyer's driving by are more likely
to make contact if the sign does NOT have "By Owner".

M.J. & Associates within 24 hours by email or call us at 1-781-294-0310.  The failure to do so will
result in a fine to M.J. & Associates by the MLS, which will be charged directly to the seller.
